HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BOTTOM MEASUREMENTS FOR WOMEN
UPPER WAIST
We will now begin measuring your upper waist. Start by firmly placing the tape measure around your navel. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape close to the body. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
LOWER WAIST
We will now begin measuring your lower waist. Start by firmly placing the tape measure around the top part of your hip bones. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape measure close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
MID WAIST
We will now begin measuring your mid waist. Start by firmly placing the tape measure half way between your navel and your hip bones. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
HIPS
We will now begin measuring your hips. Stand with your shoes off and heels together. Start by firmly placing the tape measure at the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape measure close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
THIGH
We will now begin measuring your thigh. Start by firmly placing the tape measure around the widest point of your thigh, just below the buttocks and crotch. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
KNEE
We will now begin measuring your knee. Start by firmly placing the tape measure around the widest point of your knee. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
CALF
We will now begin measuring your calf. Start by firmly placing the tape measure around the widest point of your calf. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
ANKLE
We will now begin measuring your ankle. Start by firmly placing the tape measure around your ankle, just above the ball of your ankle. Measure this circumference. While measuring, position the tape close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
INSEAM TO KNEE
We will now begin measuring your inseam to your knee. Start by firmly placing the tape measure at your crotch, just inside your upper inner thigh. This is your starting point. Measure down to your knee, keeping the tape measure parallel to the inside of your leg. While measuring, position the tape close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
FULL INSEAM
We will now begin measuring your full inseam. Start by firmly placing the tape measure at your crotch, just inside your upper inner thigh. This is your starting point. Keep the tape parallel to the inside of your leg and let it flow free to the floor. Follow the tape measure with your hand down to your knee, and then continue down the remaining of your leg to the floor. Measure down to the bottom of your foot where your foot touches the floor. While measuring, position the tape close to the body without tightening. Don’t forget to write down your measurement.
