ORDERS & SHIPPING

Once an order has been placed, you can edit the address you’ve entered for up to 24 hours after it is placed. Orders are cancelable for up to 1 hour after they are placed.

In your Denim & Hyde account, click “Cancel Order” on your Orders & Returns page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our processing team has already begun work on your order so we cannot cancel or change it in any way.

If you have any questions, please send us an email at support@denimhyde.com and we can try and make arrangements if we can.

Orders are typically shipped between 2-4 business days, depending on the customization of the item purchased. If you place an order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be processed until the following Monday.

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB as well as debit cards from around the world.

Our free worldwide shipping will typically take 2-3 weeks to be delivered from time of processing, including custom fit manufacturing of your item.

All orders are eligible for free worldwide shipping.

For all shipped packages, we’ll send you the tracking number and a link in an email (you can also find the information on your Orders page).

All purchases are payable in US Dollars, and, unless otherwise noted, prices for all of our items are listed in USD — whether you’re logging in from the US, Canada, Australia, E.U. or any other country.

We do offer gift cards. What better way to show your appreciation than a perfect fit gift. Check out our gift card options on the gift cards page and give the gift that actually fits!

We do not offer separate gift receipts at this time. Each individual item will be shipped without a price tag attached.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Denim & Hyde cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

We at Denim & Hyde pride ourselves on delivering the perfect fit. Our standard return policy is 30 days. If you’re not sold by day 30 on the comfort and fit of your jeans, you can return/exchange your jeans for free, even if you’ve worn them out and about! Don’t be afraid to live in your jeans.

To start a return/exchange please email support@denimhyde.com with your order number and please don’t be shy about letting us know what we got wrong. We may be able to correct the issue and if not we will issue a refund. Your feedback is always appreciated.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

That’s the best part about Denim & Hyde, we don’t have a “size”. We believe everyone is unique in their own way. That’s why we developed our Custom Fit Tech manufacturing process – to create the most comfortable custom fitting jeans. Discover real comfort with a pair of custom made jeans. Perfect fit guaranteed!

We have made it simple and fun to take your measurements by yourself or with the help of someone else. Some of our customers even have a “measuring party”. Simply follow our online fit guide with our directions, pictures, and videos. Our other popular option is to schedule a personal measurement with one of our fit experts whenever and wherever you choose. If you have additional questions regarding your measurements you can always reach out by emailing us at support@denimhyde.com

No worries! You have our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If you have doubts about measurements you submitted in an order or questions about taking your measurements please email us at support@denimhyde.com. We have systems in place that flag typical errors in measurements. If we flag a measurement,  we will reach out to confirm the measurements are accurate.

We offer our customers two options to get their measurements. Self measuring with our easy to follow online fit guide or booking an appointment with our D|H fit expert to come to you whenever and wherever you choose. Simply shop and design your ideal pair of jeans and tell us when, where, and what time to send our D|H fit expert to you. We will confirm your appointment and send you details and contact information of our fit expert that will be taking your measurements. The measurements typically last about 15 minutes. Fast and simple, you can even do it on your coffee brake.

Our materials: All of our materials have been meticulously designed to be the most environmentally sustainable they can be. This includes working with world class mills that use organically grown cotton. As well as using recycled cotton and water bottles to manufacture denim with as low a carbon foot print as possible. We have some exciting products and novel natural materials in our design pipeline, and if you have any ideas for us we’re all ears!

Shipping: Because we sell directly to you via our website, we believe the product and especially the environment is more important than the packaging. We minimize the use of tags, plastics and paper in our packaging and shipping. We use 100% recycled paper and a 95% recycled cardboard, and is 100% recyclable – all the while getting the order to you safe and sound!
