Once an order has been placed, you can edit the address you’ve entered for up to 24 hours after it is placed. Orders are cancelable for up to 1 hour after they are placed.
In your Denim & Hyde account, click “Cancel Order” on your Orders page before placing a new one. If you don’t see a link, our processing team has already begun work on your order so we cannot cancel or change it in any way.

Orders are typically shipped between 5-7 business days after processing, depending on the customization and measurements of the items purchased. If you place an order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order may not be processed until the following Monday.

We have made it fast, simple and convenient to take your own measurements. Some of our customers even have a “measuring party” with their friends and family. Our fashion and design teams are based out of Paris, France.

Our materials: All of our materials have been meticulously designed to be the most environmentally sustainable they can be. This includes working with world class mills that use organically grown cotton. As well as using recycled cotton and water bottles to manufacture denim with as low a carbon foot print as possible. We have some exciting products and novel natural materials in our design pipeline, and if you have any ideas for us we’re all ears!
Shipping: Because we ship directly to you, we believe the product and especially the environment is more important than the packaging. We minimize the use of tags, plastics and paper in our packaging and shipping. We use 100% recycled paper and a 95% recycled cardboard, and is 100% recyclable – all the while getting the order to you safe and sound!
